Rotary Consett is a vibrant club where members work together to make a difference to their community. Since receiving our charter in 1942, throughout its history, we have been dedicated to community service, supporting local and national causes.

Celebrating over 80 years of service, our club continues to blend social interaction with a commitment to community betterment. I suppose you could call us 'a social club with a social conscience'.

This year, as Club President, my chosen charities are Breast Cancer UK and Prostate Cancer UK. And you can be assured we will be raising funds locally too for good causes that has a direct impact on our local community.

We are always on the lookout for people who want to make a difference in our communities and enjoy fellowship. Let me remind you we have fun doing this because Rotary is a hobby, not a job. You can do as much or as little as time allows. If you are thinking of joining Rotary, get in touch.
